"The room was okay and spacious. The check-in was confusing. We had to call to ask for a key to get in, soap, and the WiFi password. There were none of the usual amenities (ice, help at the front desk,etc). There was a bit of a language barrier. The sofa was torn and soiled. All-in-all it was ok."

"The staff were helpful. Breakfast was ok. Room is dated. I have stayed at this property multiple times. The fan in the bathroom seems to need replaced in every room i have stayed in. They have been noisy and warn out. The lighting is poor in the bathroom area. It is an acceptable place to stay."

"I liked the hotel for it's location downtown. It's about 2 blocks away from the Uintah Conference Center. Sadly, the hotel/motel is old but very economical. The toilet worked intermittently, the furnishings were basic, it had a TV, served breakfast, and there was a wi-fi for the Internet. There was no pool, no phone, nor a place to exercise"

"The room wasn't very clean. When first arrived the staff was helpful the smoke alarm wasn't hung up and let the staff know. Got a room with kitchenette and there wasn't any dishes. I got the room because of the kitchenette and didn't use it."
