"O café da manhã era bem completo, porém tivemos 3 experiências diferentes por ir em horários diferentes. E o quarto era confortável, mas a maioria dos amenites ficavam lá no térreo! E tinha umas manchas em cima da cabeceira que pareciam mofo. Mas no geral a experiência foi boa!"

"We had the best experience with this beautiful Ryokan. The staff was so sweet, the food was amazing, and the room was 10 out off 10. I definitely recommend this amazing Ryokan. I do recommend to know the basics of Japanese to better communicate with the staff. The location was as well perfect, walk distance from the main attractions and that made it easier for us to visit them without having many tourist around."

"The rooms were magnificent. Along with that the staff here was an absolute delight. Welcoming us when we returned and seeing us out the door just as if we were their children leaving for the day. A wonderful Japanese experience. 10 minute walk to tram station and multiple bus stops that will get you anywhere. 6 minute walk to a shopping street littered with people shops, and food alike. "

"We stayed for 2 nights: our rooms are very quiet, the AC in the rooms are also very quiet. It seems the Japanese hotels are able to manage their air vents much better than most American hotels. The showers are very very good, bed sheets and pillows are comfortable. WiFi is fast. There's 1 thing I would like the hotel to improve: the breakfast leaves a lot to be desired: they obviously try to cater to the white people, but bakeries taste all stale, even the bread on their made to order avocado...

"The hotel’s location is in a quiet neighborhood. Because of this, you don’t have a view from your room since the windows cannot be opened. The location is also not close to the train station, so you will need to learn how to use the local bus system. The room is spacious and has modern features. Overall, it was a good experience staying at this hotel."
