"We had a fantastic stay; the pool was warm and the room close to parking. My granddaughter loved the moose decor and lodge feel; we would absolutely return here if we had the chance!"

"Our room was in the newer building and was very clean and spacious. Staff was friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable. We were there on a very busy night so the nearby parking lot was quite loud for part of the night especially as we had our window open for fresh air."

"It is unfortunate but the building seems surrounded by garages/warehouses (not to mention a commercial building currently under construction between it and the main road). Such things cannot be helped but the hotel itself deserves better visibility. It is very odd that the hotel could be set so far back from the road that another building can be built directly in front of it, eventually obscuring it. A passing motorist/potential client will likely just miss it, and the signage won't be enough....

"It is so easy to get to off the highway and is walking distance to a few beaches. People are friendly, the room was beautiful and we just felt comfortable as soon as we got there. We got a text pre-arrival with our room number and the where the key was going to be. Had we arrived super late (like we had at other locations this trip) we wouldn't have had to worry about the front desk being closed. "

"This is a motel that is clearly run by people who care about their customers and their business. They were very accommodating of a couple of requests and I really appreciated that. Room was very clean, coffee well stocked,.bed very comfortable,.price reasonable. It will be my first choice when I stop in Sault Ste Marie."
