"This stay, the Hotel really did their best to Accommodate us. We had to be at a Family member B-Day party at 3 pm, so we messaged the Hotel the day before asking if we could check in at 2:00 and if we could have a ground floor. We arrived just after 1 pm, they had no problem with us checking in and gave us a ground floor. No issues, no problems, no questions asked.
