"There is no restaurant like advertised, the pool is colder than lake superior. The door to the outside was screwed shut. Not one chamber maid to be found to get towels.
Only employee we loved was the breakfast cook at the breakfast nook. He was awesome!!"

"Hotel was very clean and the staff extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing every morning . No restaurant on site but there are restaurants close by. Large park with splash pad and playground for the kids across the street.Would highly recommend this hotel and definitely would stay here again"

"The room was clean, not spotless. There was a thick layer of dust and hair on the baseboards and the carpet in the hall needed a vacuum badly. The beds were not very comfortable but I have a bad back.
That being said, the staff were excellent, the breakfast was good , and the room was nice"

"A beautiful spot in Kenora with an incredible view. Rooms were neat and tidy and the beds were very comfortable. Would stay there again!"
