"Room was quite small (we had a dog) and it needed a refrigerator. The handle on toilet was loose. Back door had a sign saying to not slam it, something might be done to help it shut slowly and not slam. Add USB ports to lamps or clock. "

"This is the VERY best hotel in Elko, and definitely worth the extra costs. I stayed at an inexpensive hotel down the street the last time and regretted it. I won't make the mistake twice, and will stay in the Best Western every time in the future."
