"We arrived after check in time and our room wasn’t clean which was surprising, but the nice check in lady put us in another room. It definitely appears that they’re short handed. When we went to eat breakfast at 8:00 they were almost out of all hot items, but the same sweet check in lady filled up the items so breakfast turned out fine. Not sure what her name is dark curly hair with glasses, but she was doing everything and we appreciated her kindness. Customer service goes along way and we...
