"You can tell this was once a beautiful place. It is very tired now. Pealing wall paper, worn out furniture, paint coming off walls and ceilings and even tattered lace curtains on the windows. Could be beautiful again but would take a large amount of money and work."

"Claw foot bathtub was luxurious. Wine in the afternoon was lovely, and breakfast was amazing! Really nice property!!"

"We loved the house, but it could use some updates. It really could use a thorough cleaning. There was plenty of room for our four adults and two teenagers. There were plenty of towels and toiletries provided. We enjoyed visiting the John Deere house just across the street. There isn’t much else right there, but parks and restaurants were a short drive away."

"Very clean property. Comfortable accommodations. Would recommend."

"It was a very nice experience. Would definitely go back."

"Simply the BEST stay! Tony and Beth are the kindest hosts! The space is cozy and intimate; perfect for special occasions. My husband and I have had the privilege of staying here 3 times, and this will always be one of our favorite spots for a getaway! We highly recommend this gem! "
