"Not sure if they were training kids to clean rooms or not? When we came back to our room the bed was made as if a 6 year old was making the bed for the first time. Also the front desk was so confused and to get anything out of them was like pulling teeth. They seemed very confused. The location is great! Rooms are big but overall place can use a facelift. Based on location i wouldn’t hesitate to stay here but i am sure there are better places"
"We stayed in the upper lodge. It’s a nice place, dinner was fine, and we enjoyed the campfire afterwards. Bed was comfy and shower good. I didn’t like totally hearing the next-door neighbor’s movie at night and the fact that you couldn’t turn off the porch light to better see the great stars. Also, we never managed to lock the door from the outside, and we couldn’t open the window for fresh air because the latch was high and a table was in front of the window. Finally, know that there isn’t easy...
"So I paid $241 for a room when I got there I found out that there was no food except for TV dinners because their bar and Grill is closed for the winter hours which was not disclosed. There was no service whatsoever so I couldn’t call anybody which is fine for the most part but things were not kept clean or up-to-date. It was very hard because it’s out of the way and if I would’ve known that, there was gonna be no food or water available I would’ve been able to bring something not to mention...
