"We had a very nice time during our stay at the Treehouse! The place is really well equipped in the kitchen, everything was so clean, the bed is very soft, and squish and it was a nice place to hang your hat. The furniture in the living room is very basic and not overly comfy, but you probably won't spend much time there. The homeowners have worked really hard to make their home and yard beautiful, so this is a gem in the neighborhood. The neighborhood does leave much to be desired. It's...

"We chose this property because of its close proximity to Denver University and Pearl Street. DU is just a 5 minute drive and Pearl Street is a two block walk. We really appreciated how quiet the neighborhood is. We had a complication on check-in but Listy was immediately in touch with us and the contractor to ensure it was resolved by the time we had dinner. "My daughter and I stayed in this basement apartment for over a week in the summer. It was nice and cool. Almost too cool at some points but just the right amount of cool at other moments. Very clean and the family above is quiet and very friendly. The apartment is huge. Lots of space. The beds are super comfortable. They are big and firm and not warped on one side or on the edges. "We loved our stay at this private, cozy guesthouse in Lafayette! The location was perfect—just a short walk to great restaurants and shops in Old Town. The neighborhood was quiet and charming, which made it feel like a true retreat. I stayed with a friend; she had the bedroom, and I took the sofa bed, which was surprisingly comfortable! The space is decorated in such a cute and thoughtful way, and it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Would absolutely stay here again!"
