"No microwave, the place was not ready when we got there, bed unmade , dishes in sink, the AC didn’t work the first night, only 2 towels for a 3 nights stay. It was very difficult to get a hold of the owner.At 10:30 pm on the first night , the owner finally called me, I explained everything to him. He helped to accommodate, give us some of our money back and fix all issues, so yes he was polite and nice but I can’t give him more stars considering what we had to deal with . "

"We visited Austin for a specific event, so we have not explored the area or city, but really appreciated a small green park nearby for a short walk and a few nice restaurants for affordable and delicious lunches and dinners. The most important for us was to have a good night rest which we did in this quiet neighborhood and very comfortable beds in the apartment. The only drawback for us was a lack of fresh produce at the walking distance."

"This apartment is uniquely furnished with a very comfortable king sized bed and all the basic necessities. The location was fabulous providing both resteraunts and other various businesses within walking distance as well as a short and easy drive to many local attractions. The host communicated with us very well and was extremely responsive. We would certainly return and recommend to others as a great stay in the Austin area."

"Really cute place close to campus. Quiet little gem. Communication was quick and thorough. Modern decor and bed was soft. Lime scooters right outside the door for fun transportation. "

"I am so glad we chose this place instead of a hotel. I was glad we had a living room to hangout on our rainy weekend. The room had all the extras like sunscreen, bug spray and yes an umbrella. I loved all the tea forte options and the Nespresso machine. I used the pot to heat water for tea and the steamer to get wrinkles from a shirt. We went to bar and I recommend dancing with mules. My son and I also played a game of jenga. The valet service well worth not having to worry about parking."

"Ralph was a great host and this is a great apartment! We are so thankful we were able to land here for a couple weeks. The pool is lovely and the whole complex is very clean and well managed. It felt so nice to sit out on the patio, hang on the couch and watch tv, and even do our laundry in unit! All in all we were able to live our daily lives very comfortably while staying here. Ralph was very helpful and easy to reach. "
