The tiny home is really tiny-as advertised-and did not leave much room for sitting and/or eating. Overall, the cabin was clean, although the linens were very low quality (think hospital sheets) and did have some staining (not new stains but maybe a remnant from commercially laundering.) "The tiny house was perfect for our stay in the Grand Canyon. For our family of 6 this accommodation was less expensive than hotels and lodges in the GC and offered everything we needed for our stay. Even though it is a tiny house everything is well thought out and layed out well to maximize space. My younger children loved sleeping in the loft and we appreciated the 2 bedrooms to offer privacy. "We arrived a little early due to weather concerns, contacted management and they got us in promptly. We had an event in the area that required us to book for 9 days. The home was tidy and appeared to be well cared for. Kitchen items were somewhat limited, but enough to get by. We were supplied with 2 Keurig coffee pods, great for a 1 night stay, could have used a few more as we booked for 9 days. No huge issue as we did bring additional coffee and a percolator, but something to consider for...

"Cute, comfortable, and clean in a peaceful location. A nice trailhead is nearby as are incredible views of cathedral rock. The hot tub is a great bonus to watch the stars."

"My husband and I loved this property. They had all the amenities you would want for a desert trip. Close to Sedona and the nearby town was charming. They allowed doggos too which is a plus in our book! All the details inside the container were very well thought out. We especially enjoyed the bottle of Rose, outdoor sandals for the pool, and the AC after a hot day mountain biking. If we visit the area again we would 100% rebook this place. :) "

"Pet area wasn't fully fenced. Front steps need to be fixed so that they are level and a railing needs to be added. The remodeling inside is very pretty but outside front and back are not very easy to navigate for someone older or unsteady on their feet. "
