"What a gem! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. So comfortable and relaxing. Love the overall layout and feel of the property. Wonderful feature with bar/kitchen setting and adjacent coffee station. My room was spacious, clean and very nicely done. Staff was friendly and engaging. Look forward to going back again!!"

"If I could give the Inn on the Avenue more than 5 stars, I would give it a 10. Carol was a fantastic hostess and went well above and beyond our expectations. The description on Hotels.com doesn't do it justice. The recommendations for local restaurants, every themed room meticulously designed and the breakfast in the morning making this a 10 star B&B. Thank you Carol for a phenomenal experience. We will be back!"

"O hotel é lindo e adoramos a recepção de queijos e vinhos. O café da manhã é uma surpresa à parte: incrível. O wi-fi é que não era muito bom e sentimos que os banheiros não fazem juz ao quarto como um todo, são pequenos, precisam reforma e não possuem armários para colocar nossas coisas). "

"Great location and access to the beach. The pool was always quiet since it’s adults only. The rooms were spacious and had great AC. The breakfast in the morning was made fresh and tasted great and the staff were very welcoming!"

"Great property. Enjoyed the breakfast and cocktail hour. Also enjoyed the bikes. Not too far of a ride to the lighthouse and beach. Easy walk into the heart of things. Lots of thoughtful touches in the cottage and available in the main space. Would definitely stay again. "

"First time staying at a B&B and we were pleasantly surprised. Staff was kind and the location was great to be right in the heart of the historic district. "

"This is a lovely inn close to downtown. There are shops an restaurants close by, as well as a nice park on the river. The room met expectations, staff was very welcoming, and breakfast was delicious! We would stay again if we are in the area. "

Horrible. Filthy.

"Filthy place The age of the hotel doesn't justify the filthiness of the place. As we arrived at night, it felt like we were entering a horror movie attraction. The elevator is made of plywood. The floor is cement and is damaged throughout the property. There are drips coming out of the light bulbs. The room is really filthy. On the carpet under the bed there was onion rings!!!! We bought lysol disinfectant spray to spray on everything. Bikini is not a resort! The beach in front is beautiful! Look for other accommodation. "
