"Overall communication and assistance was great. The couch was advertised as being a pullout but it wasn't. Parking was only available on the street so we always had to park two streets over which was a huge inconvenience. Otherwise everything was great."

"It wasnt a terrible place and we had a issue with the sink backing up and I contacted them and they came and fixed it the same day. The place had a strong lysol smeel when we walked in. It is downstairs in the basement and some things are modern but others are dated. No dishwasher or ice maker. The laudry area where you go out back is shared with your neighbors so keep the door locked. The area is not great and a little shady, seemed like little Mexico and a lot of people walking around and...

"The apartment was just as described, modern, comfortable, very clean and perfect for two people for our five night stay. Very comfortable bed and we especially appreciated the easy entry lock. Great location. Good communication with property manager but we had zero complaints. We would stay again!"

"The hotel is nice overall. There is no breakfast included, but nice neighborhood, very close to the train, nice showers. During our stay there was no room cleaning. Nice bed."
