"The room was pretty clean and the bed was okay but the pillows were terrible. The heater took awhile to warm up and wasn’t even on when I got there so it took awhile to get warm but then it was too hot. I had to keep turning it down all night. Between that and the rock hard, flat pillows, I did not sleep well. Staff was super nice when I checked in and the chocolate was just what I needed after a long drive. "

"We just returned from our trip to West Yellowstone. This is a wonderful place to stay and I highly recommend it. It is clean, safe, and within easy walking distance to restaurants and shopping. But, do read the property description. There is no dishwasher and there is no air conditioner. 10 months out of the year having no AC is probably not an issue, but Montana does get warm in July and Aug. We had difficulty getting the room cool enough to sleep. "

"This is a great property to stay at if you are spending a couple of nights. Kitchen was great, Cooked a couple of simple meals. Couple of negatives., the steep stairs and the laundry dryer's air filter was awfully dirty. I don't just mean the lint was not removed. The mesh in the filter is black from dirt and should be was out with soap and water to make it look clean. But overall we would recommend to others."

"Excellent home in a great location. Would definitely stay here again. The property is very secluded from the other houses in the area. The hot tub on the balcony was clean and hot. The house was very clean. The kitchen had extras, like spices and aluminum foil, which was helpful. Two of the twin beds were up a ladder in a loft, so be aware that only kids may be able to get to those. "Great location, plenty of room, WiFi worked well, kitchen well stocked, comfortable beds, plenty of hot water. My friend and I were both pleased with the accommodations. One suggestion would be to provide a small dresser in the bedrooms. The ability to hang things up is great, but not everything goes on a hanger. Overall, we'd stay here again, and I would recommend it for others. "
