Last night at 1am we discovered BED BUGS in our loft bed. Before that I felt itchy all night in the sheets. We called the manager on duty and asked him to come to our room and he never showed even though he said he would. They told us we could move to a new room but we left town and drove as fast as we could to the next. I got a refund the next day but they never asked me any more questions - as if they already seem to know this is a problem in that room or perhaps their entire facility? I was ready to leave a good review until last night. They did give us early check in so that was the nice part. But bed bugs? Come on!
