"We arrived at Crooked Creek after a long drive from Boise for a one night stay on our way to Mt Rushmore. The drive from the highway to the property is long and I wouldn't want to do it in the dark. I LOVED to property and highly recommend it. I would have liked to spend another day/night just to connect with nature. The cabin was spacious and exceptionally clean. We had dinner in the dining room and the food and service was exceptional. The continental breakfast was very good. I can't say...

"Very cute place to stay for the novelty. Cute cabin. Quiet. Nice s’mores kit left out. For the price of the cabin plus the resort fee, breakfast should have been much better. Some bagels, oatmeal cups (that had no flavor), and sad looking fruit. Since the town of Victor didn’t have much of anything, we had to leave earlier than we wanted to drive to a bigger city to get food for our kids. Side note, the shower head needs replacing and bring your own shower supplies, we didn’t have enough. "

The room was on the expensive side, mirroring the city's overall costliness, but unfortunately, the bed and room conditions didn't quite meet my expectations. The bed was not as comfortable as I had hoped, and the overall room conditions left something to be desired. Given the premium price, I was hoping for a more luxurious experience...
