"Third stay at this comfortable cottage - just as wonderful as the prior visits. The hosts are communicative and responsive. Love the fresh eggs, they made a yummy breakfast. And the horses loved the apples (thank you, Dave, for the suggestion!). Will definitely be back for a fourth visit."

"This little house was perfect for my families needs. It is well stocked and very conveniently located in town, close enough to anything you need to venture out for and yet the property is perfectly nestled away in a quaint little old Florida neighborhood. Check in was without incident and conversation was effortless with our host. The children loved having that great big yard to play in while we prepared dinner. "

"Not only was everything exactly how they list it but the hosts are an amazing hospitable couple that are very courteous to their guests. They made the process simple and were very helpful with any questions asked. Place was clean, backyard was awesome for the pups and we loved the hot tub! Everything was well maintained and very comfortable stay. If we come back to the area we know where to go! "

"Loved our stay, super cute house! Very clean, beds were comfortable. We fished in the pond at the back of the property and caught a few fish! The T.V. doesn't work good, but internet was great. Very close to honeymoon island beach and beautiful park at the end of the road you can walk to and watch the sun set. Local restaurants are great and a dunkin right around the corner. Very quiet neighborhood. We'll definitely come back. "

"Spotless cottage close to everything! We were able to take in all of the downtown activities and area restaurants without ever getting in our car. Cottage was super clean and stocked with snacks, drinks and coffee which was a wonderful surprise. We will definitely look at booking again if back in this area."

"The place was absolutely amazing! The only complaints I have is, the shower doesn’t have good water pressure, and the water doesn’t get hot in the kitchen sink for washing dishes. "This cottage was absolutely amazing! Location was everything. You are on a dead end street and just a few steps to the beach. This side of the beach isn’t crowded and is dog friendly. If you have kids, the rental gives you access to a pool and tennis courts right across the street. The cottage has a great seating area in the back with a hot tub and grill. "We had a great time and the host was fantastic to work with. The apartment was clean and well decorated. Everything was very comfortable. If you are looking to walk around downtown Dunedin, the location is excellent. It’s in a quiet side street but easy walking distance to downtown including a nice cut through to Dunedin brewery and other locations nearby. Would definitely stay there"
