"The location was perfect for walking to breweries, shopping and restaurants. Very centrally located in the quaint downtown area. There is a short cut at the end of Highland court through Dunedin Brewing that made walking around very accessible. The balcony porch was the best for relaxing and enjoying the warm Florida temperatures. We also enjoyed the ability to watch the local cable provider, Spectrum, for local news and weather. "Excellent location, super clean and nice cottage. Host was very communicative and helpful. Only suggestion would be to swap out the pull out sofa for a more comfortable real bed in the second bedroom. Otherwise, perfect place and we had a great time. "

"Weeds were growing up at entrance.The kitchen utensils were lackingWhen I stripped the sheets to leave I was discussed at the condition of the mattress, it was nasty with stains. I felt sick thinking I had slept on it. Furniture is not at all like the picture.Nice little cottage just needs some attention and new mattress. "
