"We enjoyed our stay here!Comfortable and well stocked! Great patio with beautiful views. The 3rd bedroom was detached from the house and upstairs over the garage. It was fine for us and maybe states this in listing….not sure?Could be a problem with small children or in rainy weather…..Pickleball courts (2 or 3) were lighted at the Trailhead (or something club) and they were great….One court at the Beach club but not lit and surface a little damaged. Pools there at Beach Club were great!"

"Very clean and so many fun things to do at the house (ping pong, target throwing, jenga, cornhole, fire pit, hot tub, etc). We had a great time!"

"I'm impressed with this little house, 🤩 the owner thought of everything when building the little house. My family and I had a wonderful time especially my little 8 year old. We stayed 2 nights unfortunately everything was already booked ,definitely we come back soon! Thank you to the owners 🙏 Angelica."

"very nice. Quiet and the pool is great."

"We needed a place near Bass concert hall for rehearsals and this place was a life saver. The price is better Han a hotel and it was just big enough for me and my daughter. Super cute- 2 bedroom. Close enough to walk to HeB or the Hyde park market- or Curra’s grill- Hyde park grill- etcWas a fun location to go for long walks.I felt safe enough. It looked great for dogs but we didn’t have our dogs this trip.I’d stay here again. "

"Tucked away with private parking, fresh eggs, visits from a sweet rescue dog, a pool, and great a/c. I even saw a small herd of deer in the neighborhood. We stayed for a week while in town visiting family. Convenient to shopping & only a short trip downtown. Gracious & responsive hosts. We plan to stay again when we return to Austin."

"We were alittle skeptical at first of the water front.. but knew it has been very common because of drought that water levels have been low.. but it was plenty deep for my kiddos to play and swim. The cottage was perfectly clean, nicely decorated, and cold when we arrived. The kids enjoyed playing the games outside and I enjoyed sitting outside at night and watching the deer that made their way to the water… we caught fish and swam. One tip I can offer is to bring water shoes and folding...
