"Fun concept! Just what we needed after a day at the springs!"

"It was wonderful! The room was airy, clean and very comfortable. The bathroom big and roomy. This room has every thing you need for a few days stay. A microwave to heat up left overs, plates, silverware, napkins dish soap...they thought of everything. After a day of revisiting all that Destin has to offer, we could relax on the comfortable couch and watch TV, visit the hot tub or just gaze out our back balcony, There is an convenient sidewalk for walking or jogging around the golf course, an on...

"This was our second trip to the Riverside cottages. The property is great and had everything me and my husband needed for our boating trip. We brought our dog with us and there was a nice walking area at the back of the property for him. Our 24ft boat had ample space to fit beside the house and there was a hose we could wash it down after. The boat ramp is right across the street, and we could walk to all the restaurants. Great location."

"When I first pulled up, I kind wondered how it all went and was kinda worried. After the great check-inProcess with a nice gentleman & seeing our rooms, worries went away. We were blown away for the price of the condos for what all was included. This place was great for us."

"Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here! The room was nice and clean, the A/C worked great, and the bay view was beautiful. The only issue was that our code did not work when checking in. We called the guest services and they were able to fix it for us. We also were not left wristbands, but we were able to get those as well very quickly. I would definitely recommend this condo! "
