"When arriving, they supplied us with keys that didn't work for the room, the next keys they supplied us got us into the room however there was already a man in the room staying...... this was very upsetting as we got there around 9 p,m with 3 small children and then had to go to another room. The desk attendant didn't seem to know what was happening... I wouldn't stay here again."
