"Perfect place for me and my family for the night! We were literally 5 mins away from Wynwood from all the events. The house was in perfect shape, super clean, all necessities were available, and our group of 6 all enjoyed our stay! "

"Sandi and her daughter were very helpful with tips on the area and finding a good school. Their dog and cats were very friendly. The neighborhood was safe and secure. It was nice to stay in a separate casita. "

"The pictures do not show how the rooms are in reality. It's a small house and they just put some pieces of wood to make the "walls" for the rooms, there is no space or privacy. Never specified the shared bathroom. They should be honest about what they offer."

"It's not a hotel, but just a house where you rent a room. In other words, it's advertised as a hotel, but there are 5 or 6 rooms in a house and the bathroom is not private, since it serves everyone. There was no remote control for the TV or the air conditioning. The manager very kindly tried to get around the problem and asked the guest in the room next door to give him his remote and leave it on a table in the living room so we could share use.
