"No elevator. Hallways are dirty. There’s one time I saw someone peed in the hallway and it took a long time to clean it. The bed is loud like it’s not well built. But the mattress is good. The pillows, I know it’s made of foam but foams from scratch like they just crumpled it together to fit in the pillow cases. The TV screen is broken. The staffs are friendly but cleanliness, location and other things are not recommendable to other guests."

Just to start off the manager wouldn’t let me check in cuz he thought I was a prosituite and tried to agree with me and say that I’ve stayed at his motel before. Ended getting an apology for that. But then he went on to say if I work the streets he would kick me out immediately. He likes to lurk in your window and see who’s in your place this place is ridiculous can’t have anyone at all over after...

I can imagine the hotel lot gets full since it's a small in their adjacent property and first come first serve. Room was clean, but toilet had urine on it - likely just not wiped well during a quick clean. "

The location is a definite plus, especially if you're heading to the Moda Center as it's just a short distance away. The one thing that left a sour taste was the parking. We were charged $30 with no prior mention that parking wasn't complimentary. A heads up at check-in or on the booking page would have gone a long way. "The moment we stepped in we were greeted and had someone helping us check in. Everyone I saw at the desk was very helpful. Great location. Bus stops in both corners. Easy to get around from. "

"Staff were very friendly & accommodating! I paid for the parking option & it was so worth it - valet took care of my luggage & I was able to come & go through texting request for my vehicle. The lobby restaurant dinner options were healthy and perfect so I did not have to find a restaurant somewhere else. Happy, but not noisy, in a very warm environment!"
