"I enjoyed staying at the loft even though it was a short trip. There were a lot of amenities provided in the kitchen, bathroom, and laundry room such as plates, utensils, cleaning supplies, trash bags, detergent, etc. It had everything we need. Also the place was pretty tidy. The bathroom was nice, clean, and well stocked/organized. I appreciated that since dirty bathrooms are usually a dealbreaker for me. The bed was comfortable, bathroom updated, and kitchenette well equipped with a small fridge, cooktop, microwave, and coffee pot(coffee, creamer, sugar and filters included). Would stay again!"

"The only Con here is the parking. You only get one spot and there is no option for street parking. Otherwise the place is very classy. Clean. Spacious. So many different cooking Essentials. "The renter never contacted us for an entrance code. We called VRBO who tried to contact them and were never successful. We are still waiting on a refund as we had to book hotel rooms instead. "

"Great location as it is close to many districts. Check in instructions are inaccurate. Key was in the lockbox and correct code is given however instructions say it’s on the far right of the parking gate and it was to the left of the door. The rest of the key lock boxes were open and empty so it was slightly stressful looking for the correct key without accurate instructions. Otherwise, good value for the cost. Not many amenities but price reflects that."

"This apartment is very cute, neat — nicely decorated. We enjoyed our one-night stay there. They have pretty much thought of everything — we lacked nothing. First floor – no shlepping bags up the stairs. Very Very comfortable bed; nice linens, plenty of towels and wash cloths. COFFEE! Yes! Thank goodness (need some PLAIN creamer though — not a hazelnut fan.) Both my husband and I would definitely recommend this place."

"We had a wonderful time with our graduating senior. We hosted 2 sets of aunts and uncles in the house with us for an early graduation celebration, and it was perfect! We had 3 bedrooms with 3 queen size beds, and all with tons of charm. The remodel of this house was done so well, with special attention given to retaining a lot of the house's old charm. We walked across the street to The Mont and enjoyed the easy access to campus and the businesses on campus corner. I highly recommend!"
