"Very disappointed with the cleanliness of this hotel. We found pubic hair on the towels, which is completely unacceptable and raises serious hygiene concerns. Even worse, there was a used sanitary pad under the bed that had clearly not been removed by housekeeping. These issues made us question whether the room had been properly cleaned before our arrival. The hotel needs to improve its cleaning standards and quality control."

"The hotel was relatively new. The staff was so friendly and I appreciated the dinner recommendations (Marco’s Pizza). Beds were comfortable, bathroom was roomy, and the whole place smelled so wonderful! I really love their soaps and shampoos- great smelling stuff! If we’re in the area, we’ll stay again for sure!"

"A bit dated, but clean and comfortable. Continental breakfast was a nice addition for the price. I booked it because of the pool, but we couldn't use it because a pool party was taking place with lots of smokers. I'd ask in the future if smoking was allowed poolside."

"I really enjoyed my stay at the Drury Inn and Suites in Alabama. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and most of all it was quiet, (I like the bottom floor, so I was close to the office). The breakfast was fresh and not just bagels and cereal, but a real breakfast with hot eggs, sausage, biscuits, hot waffles, and there was cereal, (it was variety). I enjoyed myself tremendously!! Oh, and the Wi-Fi was on point with no buffering and interruptions, and the water was ALWAYS...

"The location was great. Just a short walk to the river. The staff was great. My only complaint was the size of the bathroom. I had to back my legs up to the toilet just to open the door to get out or close it once inside. The shower controls also didn't work well with half the water still coming out of the bottom faucet. Probably because the shower head was clogged up about 50% . The breakfast bar was not to my liking as the only protein was chicken sausage."
