"The property was under renovations and there was dust and paint smell everywhere. Poor room turn down service - they took all the dirty towels and never replaced it."

"The rooms were clean, and the A/C was cold. The bathroom had no vent, and the coffee had alot, and I mean alot, of grounds in it. But the staff was nice, breakfast was ok, and the fre chocolate xhip cookies was a cool thing!"

"Staff was kind and helpful. Rooms were clean and well stocked. The mattresses were a bit stiff for my liking. Pool area needed better maintenance. The floors felt slimy when wet. Equipment and lounging furniture was outdated and dirty. The pool water needed cleaning- not clear, remnants of hair floating everywhere, dirty. The gym was outdated and could’ve been cleaned better. Inclusive breakfast had a nice variety and was clean."
