"This was our favorite hotel stop during a 5 week trip along the east coast. A lot of excellent planning and designing went into the conception of very practical and innovative ideas in its construction. The full size refrigerator was very much appreciated. The staff, especially Amy, was attentive and pleasant. The buffet breakfast has high quality offerings."

Equipment and lounging furniture was outdated and dirty. The pool water needed cleaning- not clear, remnants of hair floating everywhere, dirty. The gym was outdated and could’ve been cleaned better. Inclusive breakfast had a nice variety and was clean."

"Upon arrival there was no signage to show the entrance. You just see the hotel. Had to go down some side street and reroute around to find it. The front desk was great when we checked in. Arrive to the room and the moisture was horrible. No way to turn on vent fans. Went to sleep with moist bedding. Received a text that the room would be serviced on the 3rd day. We were only there for 3 days and didn't have enough towels/wash cloths. Sorry I don't reuse those like they want you to. We then came...

"The fact that it was in a historic train station was a huge selling point for me, being a train lover and all. I'm not sure if it was intentional or not, but I also got a room that was facing the Delaware-Lackawanna railroad so I was able to see trains going by from my room all day. Although not the biggest issue, it would also be nice if there was complimentary breakfast."

"The room was very clean, very comfortable and quiet. Staff was very helpful and very friendly. One thing I was very impressed with was the bar: direct access from the hotel and the food was amazing. We enjoyed the swimming pool which was one of the key points when choosing the hotel. And the breakfast was fairly healthy."

"I liked the convenient (and free) parking, the landscaping in the courtyard, the elevator, the clean room, good-working (and quiet) air-conditioner (& controlled by a thermostat on wall), a good bed with a variety of bed pillows, nice big tub-shower, with convenient pump bottles of shampoo, body wash, etc, and easy room check-out. :)"

"We stayed one night at comfort inn west Hazleton for 4th of July weekend It’s very nice and reminds me of old school style. The property is old building and I can tell it’s been renovated little bit here and there. Room was very clean and staff was extremely friendly and nice to everyone who came in to this place."

"My biggest complaint was that despite calling the day before arrival and emailing the day of, the sofa bed was not completely ready to accommodate our granddaughter. The bed had a fitted and flat sheet but that was it. No pillow, no blanket. And we arrived late in the evening. It was bedtime. Calls to the front desk produced busy signals for over half an hour. I finally had to go downstairs to the front desk where the woman down there gave me what I needed which I had to lug upstairs...
