We were under the impression that the pond/spring and playground were in fact on property grounds, however they were not. It was a park nearby and it happened to be closed for hunting season. "Yes the host was friendly and very helpful. Our dog was happy in the back yard area and we loved the proximity to the beach! We walked several times a day !! The full moon was a bonus as well. Knowledge the host was just a phone call away was reassuring if we needed anything I would recommend the Pink Dolphin highly! "
