This is a perfect home for travelers who like to stay very close to the hotel strip of PALM BEACH, yet for an affordable price.
Walk for about 5 minutes and you will be at the beach by the RITZ CARLTON/MARRIOTT, and enjoy the same experience as any hotel guests, while enjoying MUCH more space and privacy, for a fraction of the cost!
Who needs a pool when you have the number 3 most beautiful beaches in the WORLD at walking distance!
Modern and CLEAN! / central AC/ beach chairs/ cooler/ washer & dryer/ smart TV's!

This home really offers all you need, it is VERY close to the hotel strip, yet for an amazingly affordable rate!
This cozy and modern 3 bedroom home has plenty of space for 6 guests to enjoy privacy and comfort. The master bedroom has a bathroom ensuite and the two other bedrooms share a bathroom in the hallway. HOT WATER!
Our home has central airconditioning and will be a welcome place to wind down after a long day exploring the island and visiting our beautiful beaches.
Our kitchen is a dream, it is decked out with all modern conveniences!
You will save a bunch by cooking some meals at home!
Our cozy garden has a nice dining table and a coal BBQ.
Most importantly, our home is very clean and well kept, and our team is only a few minutes away to help you out if you have any questions or need help.

If you do want to use a pool, we offer access to a clubhouse a 5 minutes drive away! THE GOLD COAST CLUBHOUSE - beautiful views - palapas - lounge chairs - a restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner, amazing sunsets, or to enjoy your HAPPY HOURS!

NOTES
There is a cleaning fee of $190 USD for the cleaning after your stay. *This is not charged through VRBO.
This cleaning fee needs to be paid in cash at check in (*your payment for the rental goes to the home owner in America, the cleaning gets done by a local company in Aruba, so it is more efficient to have that paid out separate and on location).

We highly recommend you take out travel insurance as soon as you book your trip as this provides you with immediate cover for unforeseen emergencies. Travel insurance helps cover financial losses associated with surprise circumstances that could ruin a trip, including illness, injury, accidents, flight or other transportation delays, and other issues. Please understand that if you do not have travel insurance, any losses because of emergencies will be at your own risk and we uphold our VRBO cancellation policy and only refund according to this policy.

Your water and electricity is INCLUDED in your rental.
However, we do take meter readings and ask our guests to be energy concious and report running toilets, turn off AC when the rooms are not in use.

Great property Convenient to High Rise Area
Truly a beautiful house with all the amenities to make you fell like home. Easy 10 minute walk to Marriott/Ritz-Carlton. Three more minutes and you are on the beach. It is an upcoming coming neighborhood with construction all around but not noisy. Daniel was a great host and set us up for a successful week with all the knowledge he shared. We would definitely stay again.

Great home in Aruba
A very nice home, modern, spacious and as advertised. Conveniences included are cooler, beach chairs, beach umbrella, snorkel (no mask) which is advertised as possible. Coffee and condiments were nice too. AC cooled most of the house but far living room and master bedroom were warm. Stove and oven required explanation to use if you are used to US appliances.

This property is beautiful inside the direct area around the house leaves a lot to be desired. Although they advertise a pool there is no pool on site it is in another development and you have to buy food or drinks in order to use it. The air conditioning never actually cools down the house it stayed in the mid 70's the entire stay. We did love the house just wish the neighborhood didn't look like a bomb went off.

Casa Mia te brinda todo lo que necesitas para pasar unos agradables días de descanso. Los espacios son amplios, las fotos son exactamente lo que encuentras allí, cuenta con una cocina amplia y equipada con varios electrodomésticos pequeños, las habitaciones tienen camas cómodas y los baños son perfectos. Está muy cerca a palm beach, pero nuestras favoritas a 10 min en carro Eagle Beach y Arashi Beach. Gracias familia Marín por esmerarse en brindar a sus huéspedes un lugar en el que sentirse como en casa

Excellent location
This was our first time in Aruba and this property exceeded our expectations in every way. Located in an ideal spot, it was close to everything we wanted to explore, from beaches to local attractions. The house itself was immaculate, exactly as depicted in the online photos—spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Daniel was incredibly welcoming. He provided helpful tips on restaurants and activities, enhancing our overall experience. I would highly recommend this vacation rental to anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient getaway.

Not on par with typical Vrbo properties
The property was nicely furnished and clean. But we were surprised when told we would have to purchase toilet paper if we used more than the two rolls per bathroom already provided. And actually one of the bathrooms had a full roll and a partial roll. When we requested more toilet paper the manager brought us two rolls of paper towels. We were told not to touch the air conditioner settings and in case you didn’t know Aruba is very hot. There was a portable fan in one of the bedrooms. There are three bedrooms. The middle bedroom doesn’t have a closet and there are no dressers or anywhere to put your clothes.

Visiting our Island Paradise
We loved the accommodations, clean and quiet…yes, the chickens became our pets and there were a lot of them, but on the whole a great visit! We want to look at properties for 3 weeks next year and start our booking process within the month…2/1 thru 2/22/25…Daniel did a great job and was a pleasure to work with.

Luxury home on lovely property - Casa Mia has it all
This home, Casa MIA, on Bakval in Noord, was beautifully decorated, comfortable, welcoming, and most of all, pristinely clean. The property manager was easy to communicate with and the host, Daniel, was so kind and patient with us. We did not read the house information very carefully and when we had to contact him about a minor issue, he showed up promptly without making us feel like we imposed upon him (even though we fixed the issue before he arrived after reading the house notes more carefully). While for some, it may be only a 5-minute walk to the beach/high rise area, but for us it was too hot to walk as far as it actually is to that area and would have been more like a 15-20 minute walk. We took taxis everywhere except for the local market which was about a 10 minute walk. Everything in the home, from the air fryer to the toaster to the stove top and oven worked perfectly but the ice maker and water dispenser in the refrigerator do not work (no problem for us, there are ice trays in the top shelf of the freezer) and the air conditioning unit makes some noise that took me a little while to get used to. The rest of our party said it sounded like white noise to them. There is no dishwasher in the house but that was no problem for us. Overall this was a great first experience with a VRBO in Aruba and I would most definitely rent from the Marin family again.

A couple of things to know
Overall, the property is gorgeous--feels like it's just been renovated. Location is close to everything. The things that were a surprise were--the air conditioning wasn't as cold as we would have liked, particularly in the master bedroom and bathroom. The rest of the house was fine. The next door house has chickens and a couple of roosters in the yard. They didn't disturb us but it was just unexpected. There was also a yellow dog that liked to sleep on the porch. The dog was perfectly behaved but if you had any fear of dogs, it would just be good to know. The house and the process were all great. Communication in particular was fabulous.
