This glorious 2 story villa can accommodate up to 8 guests. We can add a pack n play or air mattress for 1 or 2 extra children, so 10 guests total.
This villa has 4 fully airconditioned bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms with hot water.

The pool area of this villa is a dream. The large shaded patio overlooking the pool, has a cozy bar, as well as a dining table so you can enjoy great dinners by the pool (ask us about private chef services!).
Plenty of sun loungers to lay out in the sun and for when the heat is too much we've got plenty of shade as well.

There is more! Great balconies and a deck overlooking the pool.
At night this is the perfect place to sit and enjoy the beautiful colored lights of our landscaping and the amazing Aruban sky, enjoying beautiful sunsets.
This villa really has all you need to spend quality time with your family.

This spacious villa is the ultimate place to relax on your perfect holiday and
above all, it is very clean and well maintained.
We have all you need to feel at home away from home.
The open kitchen is completely equipped with a large refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, oven, anything you need to prepare your own meals at home.
In the case you do want to go out, the hotel strip with hundreds of restaurants is just a few minutes drive away.

This villa gives you all the privacy that you need for quality time with your family or a romantic honeymoon. We have all the modern conveniences, hot water, air-conditioning and WIFI.
Of course we have beach chairs for you, a cooler, beach towels and bath towels. You can pack light, as we have a great washer and dryer.
The home is fully fenced and private, we have a great alarm system, parking on property.

Westpunt is one of the most upscale areas of Aruba. It is right by the Golf Course of Tierra del Sol. Only a 2 minute drive to Arashi Beach and a 3 minute drive to the hotel strip of Palm Beach.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
Upon arrival, there is a cash cleaning fee of $280 USD for the cleaning after your stay. This is not charged through VRBO because your rental payment goes to the homeowners' bank account in America. The cleaning gets done by a local company in Aruba, so it is more efficient to have the cleaning paid out on location.

We highly recommend you take out travel insurance as soon as you book your trip as this provides you with immediate cover for unforeseen emergencies. Travel insurance helps cover financial losses associated with surprise circumstances that could ruin a trip, including illness, injury, accidents, flight or other transportation delays, and other issues. Please understand that if you do not have travel insurance, any losses because of emergencies will be at your own risk and we uphold our VRBO cancellation policy and only refund according to this policy.

Your water and electricity is INCLUDED in your rental.
However, we do take meter readings and ask our guests to be energy concious and report running toilets, turn off AC when the rooms are not in use.
