The property is located in the Noord area, that is, the northern part of the island. It is less than a 10-minute drive from the best beaches, hotels, and the top nightclubs and nightlife on the island.

At the back, there is a very nice apartment that includes 1 large bedroom, a walk-in closet, a bathroom, a bar, and a spacious kitchen. If you want 100% privacy and more space, the house can be rented together with the apartment for an additional fee.

The house is for the exclusive use of guests. If you wish to have a small party, that is possible under the following conditions:

1. It must be a gathering of no more than 35 people.


2. In that case, an extra cleaning fee of USD 100 applies.


3. For parties, there is a minimum stay requirement of 3 nights.
