Please note that the Palm Aruba Condos swimming pool is tentatively closed for renovation from September 12, 2026, with work starting September 14 and lasting approximately 4 weeks. Daytime work and limited, non-disruptive nighttime work may occur, and the pool will reopen upon completion. The dates between September 12 and October 10 will automatically receive a 15% discount.

PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
Experience comfort and tranquility at the Sunset Palm Three-bedroom condo, a stylish vacation retreat located within the Palm Aruba Condos resort, just 0.25 miles (0.4 km) from the vibrant Palm Beach area and its famous white-sand beaches and turquoise waters. True to its name, this condo offers beautiful sunset views from the private balcony, with panoramic scenery extending toward the Eagle Beach and Palm Beach areas.

The spacious private balcony, complete with a dining area and lounge seating (coming soon), offers the perfect setting to unwind while enjoying the refreshing island breeze, views of the resort pool, and Aruba's year-round sunshine. The open-concept living area provides direct access to the balcony and is comfortably furnished with a 3-seater sofa bed, two armchairs, a large TV, a dining table with seating for six guests, and a fully equipped kitchen. It has 2 barstools and all standard appliances, such as a refrigerator, freezer, stove with oven, microwave, dishwasher, blender, toaster, and drip coffee maker. An air fryer is also available for added convenience. A separate laundry closet features a stacked washer and dryer.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms:
- The primary bedroom features a queen-size bed, TV, built-in closet, direct access to the balcony, and a private en-suite bathroom with a shower.
- The second bedroom offers a queen-size bed, TV, built-in closets, and its own en-suite bathroom with a shower.
- The third bedroom is furnished with 2 twin-size beds, a TV, an armchair, a small table with chairs, and built-in closets.
- A third full bathroom with a shower is in the hallway, conveniently positioned next to the third bedroom.

For your comfort, the condo is equipped with central air conditioning throughout, hot water, free Wi-Fi, free parking, and 4 cable TVs (one in the living room and one in each bedroom). Beach towels, chairs, and a cooler are also provided for convenient beach outings. For the best experience exploring the island, we recommend renting a car.

Located on the fourth floor of the north building, the property accommodates up to 8 guests across 4 beds and a sofa bed. These condos within the resort are ideal for families or groups of friends who wish to stay close together while still enjoying the privacy and comfort of separate units.
