The villa is in the exclusive gated Tierra del Sol community. Gate security can help point you to the villa.

There is a reserved parking space in front of the villa.

Guest access
The villa is accessed via a smart lock, which will be provided later. This is a high-security lock, and you will receive a unique high-security key during check-in. Please note that replacement keys are costly.

The villa are all yours with complete privacy; there are no shared amenities.

For use of the resort swimming pools, golf course, and other facilities of the Tierra del Sol resort, day passes, green fees, and so on can be purchased directly with the resort in the central clubhouse.

Car rental is easy and inexpensive; we can happily advise you on rental companies or taxi services.

Only a 4 min drive from the villa is Malmok Beach, renowned for its incredible snorkelling spots. Catalina Beach and Arashi Beach are a similar distance, with their pristine white sands, ideal for a day of lounging under the Caribbean sun.

[No smoking inside] Please note the property is no-smoking. Any smoking evidence will result in a fee taken from your security deposit for odour removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning. If you smoke outdoors, please dispose of your cigarettes safely due to the high risk of fire.

[No Pets Allowed] We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, the property is not suitable to accommodate them

[No Parties/Events] We kindly ask you to treat the property as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.
