The Neighborhood:
Very Quit and safe area. It's always very windy and breezy as the property is on a hill.

Getting Around:
We can arrange airport transportation at a additional cost, however we always recommend to rent a car as it is the easiest way to explore the island.

Other Things to Note:
- American (110v) and European (220v) plug outlets
- Minimum stay of 7 nights during Xmas/ New Year period and 4 nights for the rest of the year
- Mandatory extra-cleaning when stay is longer then 9 nights
- There is NO A/C in common areas, ONLY in the bedrooms
- Pool-boy every Monday and Thursday
