Welcome to Malmokweg 48—our stunning 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath villa tucked in a quiet neighborhood near the beach in Malmok, Noord, Aruba!

Step inside and you’ll find a bright, spacious living area with cozy furnishings—perfect for unwinding after a day at Palm or Eagle Beach or exploring all that Aruba has to offer.

The villa offers three cozy living rooms, including one upstairs with a beautiful view of Tierra del Sol. The main space features comfy seating, a smart TV, and modern decor, flowing into a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area perfect for meals with family and friends.

There are four cozy bedrooms, each with comfy beds, soft bedding, and plenty of space to settle in. Two of the rooms are master suites with their own private bathrooms, and all rooms include TVs and generous closet space for your things.

The villa is exclusively yours with complete privacy; there are no shared amenities. So relax, unwind, and make yourself at home.

The villa is accessed via a smart lock. We will provide you with the entry code at check-in.

Car rental is easy and inexpensive; we can happily advise you on rental companies or taxi services.

[Dedicated concierge] Unlike most listings - Bocobay properties ensure you have an on the ground concierge to:

1) Meet you at the property and ensure everything runs smoothly,
2) Swap your dirty beach and bath towels complimentary so you don’t have to spend time washing and drying towels,
3) Dedicated point of contact should you need anything such as a taxi, questions answered or a reservation made!

[Cleaning] Heath, safety, and wellbeing of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, each home is professionally deep-cleaned and prepared before you arrive and after you depart.

[Check-in/out] Check-in is at 4.00pm and check-out is 10:00am. Earlier check-ins and later check-out are possible depending on availability, an additional charge may apply.
