    [Dedicated concierge] Unlike most Airbnb listings - Bocobay properties ensure you have an on the ground concierge to:

    1) Meet you at the property and ensure everything runs smoothly,
    2) Swap your dirty beach and bath towels complimentary so you don’t have to spend time washing and drying towels,
    3) Dedicated point of contact should you need anything such as a taxi, questions answered or a reservation made!

    [Cleaning] Health, safety, and wellbeing of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, each home is professionally deep-cleaned and prepared before you arrive and after you depart.

    [Check-in/out] Check-in is at 4.00pm and check-out is 10:00am. Earlier check-ins and later check-out are possible depending on availability, an additional charge may apply.

    [Meet & Greet] You will be welcomed at the home upon your arrival and helped to settle in.

    [Wi-Fi & TV] Complementary fast Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. There are smart TVs in the living area and all bedrooms.

    [No Pets Allowed] We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, the property is not suitable to accommodate them

    [No Parties/Events] We kindly ask you to treat the property as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.
