Designed with modern décor and thoughtful touches throughout, this retreat is perfect for families looking for a comfortable place to relax, spend time together, and enjoy all that Florida has to offer.
The home can accommodate up to 8 guests, with a queen bed in the primary bedroom, a full-over-queen bunk bed in the second bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living room for additional sleeping space.
This home is part of a thoughtfully designed duplex, with each unit offering a private and peaceful space to relax, unwind, and enjoy your vacation. Your stay includes your own entrance, your own driveway, and your own screened pool with attached lanai. There are no shared living areas, no shared outdoor spaces, and no shared amenities.

Working remotely? Escape to your own separate cottage just steps from the main house. Traveling with kids? The space also doubles as a fun playroom, giving the kids their own place to hang out on a rainy day or in the evening. It includes a futon, air hockey table, Roku Smart TV, and PlayStation with numerous games.

TRAVELING WITH FAMILY & FRIENDS?
If you're traveling with family or friends and would like to stay nearby, ask about renting the neighboring unit as well. Each unit has its own entrance, driveway, and outdoor space, with no shared living areas or amenities. It's a great way to vacation together while still enjoying your own space and privacy.

Guest access
Off-street parking is included. Upon arrival, please park in the left-side driveway at the front of the house, directly in front of #11.
Oversized parking for boats or RVs may also be available. Please contact the host before booking so we can help arrange the best parking option for you.
The detached garage behind the property is not part of the guest space. Please use the designated parking area in front of the home unless other arrangements have been made with the host.

We want you to feel comfortable and enjoy your stay! Here are a few helpful things to know:
DOG-FRIENDLY:
We welcome up to two small dogs, up to 25 lbs each. Please remember to include pets when adding guests to your reservation so the appropriate pet fee can be applied. Please contact the host before booking to discuss possible exceptions.
SMOKE-FREE HOME:
Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the home.
QUIET HOURS:
Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–8:00 AM so everyone can enjoy a peaceful stay.
PARTIES & EVENTS:
Parties and large gatherings are not permitted.
SAFETY & PRIVACY:
For added peace of mind, the property has exterior security cameras. There are no cameras inside the home or overlooking private guest outdoor areas.
