"We loved it here! Perfect location close to the beach and my parents who spend their winter in Venice. We enjoyed sunsets on the beach every night. Lovely neighborhood for walking. Very nice pool. The unit was great for me and my husband and our 3 kids ages 15-26. Staff was very quick to respond to any request. Can’t wait to visit again!"

"I took my 84 year old mother for a visit, Jan 10-12.There was a festival in town so homes were limited. I had several texts with the host prior to our stay. At 4:30pm the day of check-in I had not received a code to get into the property. I texted the host, Crystal. She texted back that she didn't have my reservation. I sent her the confirmation emails. Almost immediately I received a cancelation email but no response from the host. She later texted me off VRBO, that VRBO had overbooked the...

"The place is a charming cottage and very clean. It met our needs and the location of it made it very accommodating to get to area restaurants and beaches whether we drove or used a ride share service."

"This is a very nice spot and so convenient to so many things. FYI, we could not get the TV in the living room to work. May need to be checked. The only thing that was a little disappointing is that a very large family took over the pool for the whole weekend so it was not really open or welcoming to anyone else. Great group place."

"We are the Floridians living in Venice . Our son's family came and stayed at Flamingo which we rented for them. They were satisfied. When we visited them everything looked good, convenient and complete. Just one suggestion - it would be nice to have a sun breaking screen on lanai to protect from bright and hot afternoon sun . "
