Accommodation description:
This high-quality furnished lodge is located opposite a dog boarding house. It is half of a semi-detached house in a beautiful location near the ski lift. There is a fully equipped kitchen with wine cooler, Quooker and sodastream. Enjoy a glass of wine by the crackling fireplace (wood available for a fee) and unwind in the relaxation room with sauna, loungers and rain shower. Fantastic!

In winter, just 20 minutes away from the accommodation, you can take the Porsche Design gondola up to Austria's largest interconnected ski area (Zell am See/Saalbach-Hinterglemm/Leogang/Fieberbrunn). Quiet slopes can be found at the Niedernsill-lifts. Ideal for beginners and families with children. There is a beginners lift here with a length of about 300 m and a drag lift with a length of about 600 m. The ski areas of Zell am See-Kaprun and the Kitzbüheler Alpen are also in the immediate vicinity, all easily accessible by car or ski bus.

On a hot summer day, you can take a dip in the refreshing recreational lake located in Niedernsill. Hiking enthusiasts can enjoy the newly built cultural landscape path between Piesendorf and Niedernsill. From here you have a beautiful view over the Salzach valley. If you like great heights visit the National Park Hohe Tauern
