"Our stay at the watercolor carriage house was amazing! Beth and Randy were wonderful host. Randy met us at our arrival to greet us and provide us with our wristbands and provided us insight into the local spots. The house was actually bigger and nicer than the pictures, I feel the pictures don’t give it justice. High ceilings and very spacious for our family of 3, and private/quiet. "The house is absolutely beautiful! A very close walk to the beach and our family also loved the pool. The house is well stocked with everything you need to enjoy a week at the beach. Communication was easy, would highly highly recommend! "

"Had a work trip and ended up traveling with my mom and dog. Opted to stay at Frannys Florida cottage in lieu of a hotel and was a good choice. We truly enjoyed our stay! Clean, comfortable and adorable! Also loved the fenced in back area with the porch swing. Creates a private little area to sit and chil outside. Will stay there again if I ever find myself in the Fort Walton Beach area again. "

"Perfect condo/house near the beach. We had zero issues checking in but also we have been to this resort many times so we already know our way around and how to get into the resort. Beds were comfy, plenty of kitchen and beach supplies although we always bring everything we need. The a/c worked well. Golf cart worked well. Everything was perfect for 3 adults and 2 teens. "

"O hotel foi perfeito! Perto de varias comodidades, 10min de carro do Shopping Destin Commom, perto da praia. Os funcionarios sao muito atenciosos, o hotel é limpo, a cozinha funcional. Ponto fraco: ficamos no quarto com 1 cama king + sofa-cama. Quando se abre o sofa-cama, o quarto fica bem apertadinho, quem está na cama king do lado da parede, tem dificuldade para passar. Precisa remover o centreo de mesa. Mesmo assim, vale a pena pois o hotel é bem gostosinho. Tem um hot tube, piscina e area molhada para crianças. O hotel tambem possui maquina de gelo em todos os andares. "
