"Quiet and comfortable, with everything you might need easily available (plenty of towels, blankets, etc; also soap, toilet paper, paper towel). We used this as a base for visiting Williamsburg, Jamestown and Yorktown. It worked perfectly. In the evenings, we saw deer, turkeys, and many squirrels. Fireflies too! It was a lovely mini-vacation for our family. Everyone enjoyed the variety of books and old National Geographic magazines in the evening. Wonderful!"

"Ricky was great to work with. We had some issues when we got there but he came the next day and took care of the cleaning that was missed. Our main disappointment was the parking situation. Very narrow path between the next-door neighbors and this home. We had a large truck and had to basically squeeze through with the mirrors in. And then to turn around in the back was very difficult. This should have been in the description online. If we would have had a van like we usually do, we would...
