"The room was comfortable. The lobby and hallways were clean. The gentleman at the counter the night we checked in, and the lady the following evening, were both SUPER helpful and friendly. The lady at the counter during checkout was less than friendly and seemed very put off by having to speak with me. Other than that specific instance, it was a pleasant experience overall. "

"It was a fine hotel. But it didn’t measure up to the glowing reviews I read beforehand. It was newer, so that was nice. I want impressed with the TV in the room. Pretty basic, and no streaming services. Also, maybe it’s my tech ability, but the thermostat was a bit challenging to operate simply. Also, if you stay there, make sure you get a room NOT on the first floor. We had to, as we booked it close to our visit, and we wanted a king bed. The breakfast was good, better than other chain. "Obviously this is an older property, but the room was clean, the bed was comfy and the water was hot. Breakfast was great "

"Breakfast was terrible as guest were asking for items to be refilled, the front desk employees were very rude and sarcastic. When wanting more towels, I was standing at the front desk for at least 5 minutes waiting for the employee to return to ask for the towels."

"This hotel is ocean front. Great views and as close to the beach you can get. Front desk staff was very helpful. The bartender at the tiki bar was very good and pleasant. The hotel its self is a little dated but not bad. The only downside for us was the mattress was soft and the restaurant hours were not Posted correctly. Don’t call the hotel expecting answers they don’t answer several calls or return our calls."
