The Coach House, Newcastle Emlyn

The Coach House is a charmingly refurbished, well-appointed cottage located less than a mile from the centre of the attractive market town of Newcastle Emlyn. The property forms part of the impressive Edwardian property Maes Y Derw, in which the owners reside, but is completely private and peaceful.

Newcastle Emlyn stands on the banks of the River Teifi, and the towns' beautiful Castle ruins and grounds run alongside the river. It also boasts a variety of independent shops, pubs, coffee shops and restaurants, and a few takeaways.

The Coach House is located approximately 10 miles away from the wonderful Cardigan Bay coastline with its lovely walks and the stunning beaches: Poppit Sands, Aberporth, New Quay, to name but a few. The equally nearby town of Cardigan, with its castle, restaurants and shops, also offers plenty to see and do.

There are many places of interest to visit and many activities to enjoy including kayaking on the River Teifi. There are horse riding facilities close by, and you might want to hop on a boat trip from New Quay to explore the coast from the sea and spot our beautiful wildlife, including seals and famous bottle-nosed dolphins!

Good size enclosed private garden with a level lawn. Driveway parking for 2 cars. Seating area.
