Visit Y Felin, one of only two working watermills in Wales, and retains the machinery installed in 1820. You can watch the miller make the flour and then enjoy a coffee and cake in the 12th century café next to St Dogmaels. An award-winning local produce market is held here every Tuesday and is well worth a visit.

From your doorstep, you can also discover the glorious Wales Coast Path. From the village, you can join the coast path and walk into the market town of Cardigan, with a theatre, castle, and many dining options to explore, or in the other direction Poppet Sands, a truly beautiful golden sandy beach perfect for swimming, early morning strolls or sunbathing.

Ferry View is nestled close to the River Teifi with most rooms benefiting from estuary views. Enjoy waking up after a good night’s sleep to lots of birdlife. Ceredigion, Pembrokeshire, and Carmarthenshire can be explored from this location, and the delights of Oakwood, Folly Farm, and The Blue Lagoon Water Park make for fantastic days out from Ferry View. Keen golfers can enjoy the spectacular views over the dramatic coastline from both Cardigan and Newport Golf Clubs.
