"Perfect place to stay for our first time visiting Salem. We were able to do a lot of walking since we were so close to Essex St. The house was nice and clean. Plenty of bathrooms, which was definitely a bonus. Loved that we didn't have to park on the street. We had absolutely no issues during our stay. I would highly recommend to anyone! "

"The property was in the perfect location! We enjoyed being able to park and walk to everything. Everything we could have possibly needed was provided. All my questions were answered in a timely manner. We recommend the 8 pm Ghost Tour from Black Cat Curiosity Shoppe. We also did a day trip to Maine and visited Ogunquit Beach and Nubble Lighthouse."

"Wonderful rustic summer cottage in the woods! One of the few really private wooded areas on PI and easy walking distance to town beaches. Reminds me of how the island used be decades ago -- nothing fancy but nicely appointed. A great collection of old books and travel guides. "

"Beautiful stay in Gloucester. Check-in was a breeze and the house was well equipped and clean. Linens were plentiful: plenty of towels, extra blankets and pillows. Pat was a wonderful host and provided great instructions on accessing the home and parking. He even shared a weather alert when a large storm was approaching. It was like staying with family. Highly recommend. "

"The house and grounds are beautiful, especially if you appreciate old historic houses. Issues did arise ut Chelsi responded very quickly. The kitchen is modern w room for lots of cooks. We made use of most of the amenities -pool, sauna, theater room. Location is great- near beach and rail trail, and short distance to rye, Portsmouth, kittery . It worked perfectly for our college roommate reunion."
