"1st time to Rockport and was SO happy to find this place. The views are fantastic, and loved waking up or reading by such wonderful ocean views. The unit is cute, Diane and JP are wonderful hosts. "Moot Point was the perfect coastal retreat for my husband and I to celebrate our 15th wedding anniversary! The location on Great Neck is peaceful and quiet, with local wildlife surrounding us. "Too bad the weather wasn't great, because this house is directly on Chebacco Lake. Our grandchildren did enjoy fishing and kayaking, but it would have been fun to spend hours doing everything.The house was immaculate and the owners so communicative. It was easy to locate the house and convenient for us since our son lives nearby.We can't wait to stay there again !!!!"

"Loved the fence in yard!! My dog enjoyed running free. We were close to north beach and Hampton. We even got to see the sand castles ,exciting. Shopping and restaurants all close. Enjoyed relaxing on the nice deck."

"This get away is all about the location and view, which is absolutely stunning both during the day and on moon lit nights. The cottage is rustically charming and has simple but adequate amenities to meet all your needs. The property is just outside of Rockport center but feels a bit more remote though close to all this beautiful town has to offer. This was just the vacation we were hoping for."

"When we arrived we were immediately struck by how spotlessly clean the whole cabin was. And there were very thoughtful welcome packs too. The cabin has quaint cottage touches and the surround sounds from the woods were lovely. Very relaxing and comfortable environment. Full-sized washer and dryer came in handy. Don’t miss America’s Stonehenge just up the road. Would happily stay here again."
