"Pros: Cute and cozy for small group. Convenient location. Nice deck to sort and wash rocks. Cons: Cottage not cleaned from previous renter due to miscommunications on their end. But cleaner came and offered fee refund. Outdated furnishings and walk to beach longer than expected."

"Property was nice. It was surface level clean. There was pretty severe obvious water damage in both bathrooms with visible mold. As a family that needs to be careful around mold, seeing this was disappointing. It was a comfortable house, dated, but comfortable. Lots of space for a family. Close to main attractions. One thing to note, there are close neighbors, so if you are looking for space/ seclusion, this house does have close neighbors you will hear their dogs/lawn mowers / leaf blowers....

"This was a good location for Grand Marias exploring. As I drove up I realized the pic from the Ad is the other side of the house, I walked around to make sure I was in the right place. It's older with alot of wood but cute decorations and pretty much everything we needed. It's small but functional.
