THE SPACE
Room 201 sleeps up to three guests: two in the queen bed and one on a twin air mattress provided with advance notice. There is no sofa.

The room includes a desk and chair, bedside table, Smart TV for guests` own streaming accounts, complimentary Wi-Fi, mini refrigerator, coffee maker, blackout curtains, and independently controlled heating and air conditioning. The private bathroom has a shower only.

GUEST ACCESS
Guests receive unique self-check-in keypad information after verification. The shared backyard is open from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

IMPORTANT ACCESSIBILITY DISCLOSURE: Approximately 8 outdoor steps are required from the sidewalk, and there is no elevator.

LOCATION
The Serene is centrally located in Harlem. The exact street address is provided only to confirmed guests. The 125th Street A/B/C/D subway station is approximately 0.3 mile away, with convenient express service toward Columbus Circle, Rockefeller Center, Bryant Park, Herald Square, and Times Square.

There is no on-site parking. Street parking may be available but is not guaranteed.

HOUSE RULES AND SAFETY
Check-in is after 3:00 PM and checkout is by 11:00 AM. A two-night minimum applies. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No parties or events. No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property. No pets except trained service animals.

For security, exterior and shared-area cameras record video only. There are no cameras inside private accommodations. Smoke and carbon-monoxide detectors are installed in every room, the building is fully sprinklered, and fire extinguishers and first-aid supplies are located in shared hallways.

OTHER THINGS TO KNOW
There is no washer, dryer, laundry service, or daily housekeeping.

The Serene is represented and operated by the host as a New York City Class B accommodation intended for lawful transient occupancy.
