Cozy Apartment with Big Windows on Orchard St.

As NYC winter comes, I invite you to stay in our cozy, safe place.
Our apartment is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Step outside to enjoy restaurants, cafés, galleries, and vintage boutiques. On weekends, the street is pedestrian-friendly, perfect for taking in the local vibe. Inside, a comfortable apartment with big windows, a practical work area, and a bedroom for restful sleep with all essentials.

Our place blends comfort and practicality with plenty of natural light.

The living room has brand new floors, three large windows with views of nearby restaurants, cafés, galleries, and shops.

It includes a work desk with monitor, blackout curtains, and a memory foam futon that doubles as an extra bed.

The bedroom also has new floors, one large window with blackout curtains, and a full/ double-size bed (It's larger than a twin bed but smaller than a queen bed.) It is a 12" memory foam mattress, 4 memory foam pillows, making it the perfect spot to rest.

The kitchen is compact but well equipped, with a dining table for two, a new refrigerator, and a reverse osmosis water system for pure drinking water.

The apartment was recently painted.

Internet FIOS up to 940 Mbps, both work and streaming stay smooth.

The building is peaceful, secure, and family-friendly, with neighbors who respect privacy and quiet.

The apartment is on a trendy Lower East Side street lined with cafés and restaurants. You may hear a touch of neighborhood life at night, but it’s generally calm and comfortable.

Please also be advised we are a 5th-floor walk-up (NO-LIFT) so stairs will be involved :)

As much as we love animals, we aren’t able to accommodate pets at this time.

The apartment is comfortably updated but maintains its vintage feel. You'll find necessary updates like new floors, recently painted, a new refrigerator, high-speed internet, and comfortable bedding, but the space keeps its old New York character, simple with a minimalist artistic vibe.
