The county is currently conducting a beach renourishment project along portions of the shoreline that is expected to affect stays up until May, with possible minor extension into May due to weather delays. As crews move section by section, temporary equipment and sand pumping operations may be visible near this property. The work is temporary and helps strengthen and protect the beach and dunes, and nearby beach access is generally available around active work zones.

The ocean-view living room features a smart Roku TV, with a cozy couch and chair, sliders leading to the ocean-view deck, and quick beach access, making it easy to get to the white sandy beach in no time. Walk right out the sliders to the path leading to the refreshing pool adjacent. This townhome is the ultimate vacation getaway!

The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, and all your baking essentials. Enjoy breakfast with a view of the ocean from the dining area with seating for 4. The spacious master suite features sneak peeks of the ocean, a king-size bed, and smart Roku TV. The 2nd bedroom features a queen size bed and the full bath is located in the hallway and features a walk-in shower.

This townhome offers Roku TVs, and free Google WiFi, and all your linens are supplied. The shared washer/dryer are in the garage. The garage is not available for parking. Located in New Smyrna Beach, the Sea Dunes is only minutes from all the New Smyrna Beach has to offer. Sea Dunes is within seconds of a shopping center with a small grocery store, several tasty restaurants, and a beachwear outlet.

The Canaveral National Seashore, one of the finest national seashore parks in the country, is only minutes away and offers a 57,000 acres national park nestled between the Atlantic Ocean and the Indian River. It also features one of the longest stretches of pristine beaches in the United States. It's a must-see!

Also within a short drive south is the Bethune parking featuring a fishing pier, tennis and basketball courts, beach volleyball court, and playground. JB's fish camp is nearby offering some of the best fresh seafood in town. Kayak rentals and paddleboard tours are also available at JB's.

Shopping and dining are a must while in New Smyrna Beach. One-of-a-kind restaurants and boutiques can be found within a short drive or bike ride on 3rd Avenue, Flagler Avenue, and Historic Canal Street.
